i had a doctor tell me i am fat because i am stupid. exact words. he is wrong. i had another doc tell me i had cancer. he was wrong.
i had another doctor tell me i had a dangerous blood clot. he was wrong.
i had another doctor tell me my appendex is F.I.N.E. it ruptured.
doctors told me my baby was having growing pains. 2 of them said that. they were wrong. he had arthritis.
Doctors are not the gods they think they are. there is only 1 GOD. and HE is right. All the time. Trust in him. let the others fade away.

Good doctors rock. Bad doctors suck...big time. Listen to your body, you mind, your heart, and yes, to God. He's got the warranty....

Well I called the doctor who put this band inside of me and explained my situation. he said its rare but he has had several patients that he had to fill over the " allowed" fill level. In this 11cc band he will fill it up to 3 more cc's. So Im not stressing anymore over this. I might just have to make another trip down to Mexico is all.

SWEET GREG! great news!!!!! i knew it would be fine. i have heard of people going over. and they were fine.

yeah that doc blasted me. for real. he was an AF COL. i turned him in. it wasnt the first complaint this guy has had. i switched band docs even though it took me longer to get banded.

If you want someone to tell you wants wrong with you ask a doctor. If you want to really know whats wrong with you spend 30 minutes with a nurse.

AMEN! I was "too tight" for 1.5 years! One visit with a "new" nurse at my surgeon's office - and I started losing weight AND had an unfill (adjustment) that was life-saving for me - I'm losing weight again for the first time in over a YEAR! Yes - listen to nurses - and to that voice inside that we have to be quiet to hear.

Greg, my doctor won't fill aggressively for that reason. I asked for more and he said no way because down the road it would come back and bite me. He says a half to a lb a week is enough and I should be happy and focused on that....so don't get worried, just keep workin it!!
