I have been putting off physical activity, period. I avoid it like the plague but I'm slowly accepting the fact that I just have to do it - get it into my head that it's not even optional.
Soooooo, I took a huge step today and went to a one hour Zumba class! I can't believe I made it through the whole class... just modified it to my own pace. The music was great and it felt good to sweat. I was amazed at how much better I was moving than I expected. I guess my body really is changing - I don't think I've really let it sink in that this is actually working. I'm afraid I'll wake up and it will be a dream!
