I'm having my pre-op today and surgery next tuesday and wired for sound. I live in Texas but am from OK, so it will be fun to visit this site. My family is from Ponca and Haskell county. My biggest problem with the pre-op diet is that I am finding that I lack the ability to find a GOOD protein drink. Is there a good one that anyone knows about?
