Got my first fill!

I got my first fill today 2 months out because the first month too sick with a cold & Asthma. Very happy everything went good no numbing meds for me I'm allergic to it, did'nt hurt at all just a poke. The wildest thing was sitting up with the needle sticking out of my belly while I drank I told her I feel like a alien.:pound:

I've been only working out for 2 weeks but its all good.

Glad it went well. I got my 1st fill on Monday. I was creeped out by the size of the needle, but she didn't make me sit up with it in lol. Just a quick poke and it was over in a minute. Though she only put 1 cc in, I can def feel it when I eat...crazy but I am very happy about it! I already lost another pound! lol

My doctor only gave me one cc too. Is this enough? I had the same experience of sitting up with a needle sticking out of me. Kinda creepy! My friend had 5 cc and doctor put her on liquids again. I'm so confused...

They shouldn't be putting 5 cc in all at once. It is supposed to be 1-2 cc every time. That's weird...you should do the shakes for 2 days afte I can't eat things I was eating before the fill....I got a very fat elephant sitting on my chest last night. It was sooo scary I felt like I was dying. =( I'm way more careful now.

Yeah, that stupid elephant will make you sit up and take notice. I get my 2nd fill tomorrow! I can't believe that I welcome getting jabbed by a long needle!

Yeah I was freaking out. I even threw up a tiny bit...but it helped. It was just food that was stuck in my chest. Scary scary feeling! You really feel like you have NO control. It was so hard to breathe. =(

Hey Teeny, so u were not feeling well. Was the asthma related to your surgery? Can you tell I have asthma and am concerned it may be an issue during my surgery? LOL. Have a good day. Keep that "alien" on check.

I had that same feeling after eating a hard boiled egg,torilla and some breads I was'nt sure if I needed someone to give me the heimlich!? It did go away but I was really scared so now I just stay away from those things. I was surprised to get 3cc myself but I just think because I did'nt get it the first time. I have to do liquids for 24 hours only and back to regular eating. Its crazy because after surgery 1 week clear liquids 2 days full liquids 2 weeks pru & soft and then regular food 1 cup.Everyone else has a different set up from what I've read its been working for me.

I think having the tube in while under didn't help matters but I feel great now no Asthma.
Woo Hoo cuz it sounded like I was coughing up a lung a little back pain but I will live.

I had heard somewhere about vinegar and pineapple juice helping you out if the elephant is not too big? Scary. I going to guess we will all have a moment like that?
