Mine is cubed colby jack cheese.

My favorite not-so-healthy snack is popcorn! :Dancing_nerd:

At Walmart I found a NEW favorite delish snack (new for me)!
Good Sense brand (located near the produce area - most people use this on salads) Sesame Oat bran sticks. About an inch long, almost like a mini cracker.
Since Im not really keeping up with the calories/fat/protien/fiber stuff -0 someone else may read the ingred list and gawk. But I like 'em and they go down easy... and come out even better *winks*.

I LOVE the cheese cube too, Tricia!

The 100 calorie bag popcorn is a fave of mine!!

Not really a snack, but a whole meal, I like making healthy wraps at home. I cut them in half and eat one half then later eat the other.

I love a whole handful of raw nuts, especially almonds. They stop right at my band & keep me full for a long time. I can't eat or drink for a good hour or so after just one handful. Good fiber too.

I am a freak about tuna lately. An chicken wings. I got a bag of frozen chicken wings at the grocery store, and i brush them with orange juice and broil them, then freeze them already cooked. When I want one i take it out of the freezer, pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds on each side, an i am good to go. they take a long time for me to eat too cause you can't just strip a wing.

I love popcorn, but I just buy the bags of popping corn and airpop it either in the microwave or the $20 popcorn popper machine thingie we have when I can be bothered digging it out. No oil or butter, it just airpops and then maybe a sprinkling of salt. That's healthy.

Or not I guess if you're a low carb eater, which I most definitely am not!

Fresh fruit, god I'd KILL for a banana, they're still $12 a kilo here, due to the cyclones a year or two back up in QLD. We're heading up to Byron Bay next week and we're visiting Coffs Harbour, home of the Big Banana, lol, for a pig out!

It was so hot this summer!!

I gave up ice cream last spring, so I would not have made it through summer without my frozen Crystal Light pops. My favorite was the pineapple/orange followed by tea.

Salmon & sprouts on pita wedges. It may be a little prissy, but it feels healthier than tuna. I like to cook the fresh stuff, but just use canned out of season with a little dressing and onion.

I keep pitas in the freezer and toast them a half at a time. For some reason the prep makes the snack more fulfilling.

I wish I could eat Tuna :( My band says a very clear NO! even with a ton of light mayo in it :(

On my dining table I have a huge basket of those 100 calorie snack bags. Ritz, Doritos, Nabisco products. Those things are the almighty ruler of my universe. When I get the munchies, I grab one. It works well for me, some days I have one - some days I have 3 spread out over the day - and some days, I forget they're there :)

Also for snacking: yogurt, protein bars, fat free croutons.

Sunkiss Albacore Tuna - 6oz can
Light Dannon Strawberry/Banana Yogurt Drinks

These are my MUST HAVE's!

It used to be peanut butter but someone helped me kick that fattening habit to the curb.

Kiwi fruit ((drools)) or passionfruit. Or banana's, or mangos. Or apple slices (with a slice of good cheese) And toasted turkish bread (yeah, I know) with a tin of buttered mushrooms and a small tin of tuna on top ((drooling on the keyboard))

ok...I wasn't going to say mine (since I'm not banded) but after McDonald's shakes - well here goes lol

peanut butter (just a little Telly) and fat-free jelly on rice cakes! yum - two are a meal, one is a snack and they keep me satisfied for a really long time and the jelly helps them not stick to the roof of my mouth forever

or peanut butter and apple cut up - my very favorite and so portable!
