body measurements - Woohoo!!

Tricia once (through pm) brow beat me into taking my body measurements. The snooty bitch. LOL Needless to say she convinced me and I did it. This was about a month ago. I just took my measurements and in the last month I have lost a total of 26.5 inches from my entire body.

F'in A!!! I feel so good right now. I just thought I would share. Tricia, you know how happy I am. You have felt it yourself. But thank you from the fat of my bottom for making me suck it up and doing this. You rock my socks.

It is amazing to see results. I have not lost that much weight in the last month because of travelling and being sick, and being wide open. But this shows me that I am at least toning, and the little I have lost is working. It reaffirms my want to workout more and eat right.

Amy..... Congratulations on your inches gone!!! It is such a great feeling. I did mine this week also ... I recorded it on my thread.. P'nut shared what you went through getting your fill. I hope things work out soon for you.. Any way keep up the work out and dropping those inches..

yeah, my fill appt sucked, but the woman who did it was sooooo sweet. She is gonna have me come in for free when the flouro machine comes in. She called yesterday to personally ask me how i was doing, emotionally and physically. It was so nice. Very few docs do such things.

Until I get my next fill I have an AMAZING friend who supports me through everything here in Tampa, and she has been such a blessing on my life. she came in and took over my household so that I could get organized. It was amazing. She has me in a routine so that I am not running around as stressed as before, and she kicks my ass into gear every morning for long workouts, as well as watches what I eat during the day. It is nice to have another set of eyes watching me...reminding me to eat when I don't, and taking cookies out of my hand when I reach for the freshly baked ones she makes for the kids LOL I tell ya the help is getting me back on track. I actually feel like I have a guardian angel when she is around LOL

I just took my pre-op measurements today and I can't wait until I see a change. One more day until I join bandland!!

one suggestion....take lots and lots of pictures. of your arms, tummy, legs, butt, whole body, face, and get some naked. not to show anyone, but you want to have them to refer to for motivation. trust me....it helps.

Congratulations on all your great work Amy! So you suggest lots of before banding pics huh? Gesh....my camera might run and hide or explode if it sees me with no clothes on...lol(when I ever get to be banded).
