Thank you Goanna. I need to ask my doctor about it tomorrow when I see him. I was supposed to see a nutritionist last week in between 2 other appointments and I just couldn't make it in time due to the first one running over.

I'm going to see if he wants me to see someone local instead. I really should talk to someone since I have a band.
