Alright alright...lets go easy on the trademark and copyright infringements.

Stitchy, I reserve the stalker wall picture announcements for close ups....I do have the butt shots on the wall tho.

For you ladies out there hoping to be added to the stalker wall, there are some secrets for getting added quicker. For starters, nudity...all female nudity is a guarantee for placement on the stalker wall, semi nudity of course being a close second, then of course quality butt shots, leg shots etc, major weight loss, did I mention nudity?

Unfortunately I can't post pictures of the wall because it would reduce the amount of foot traffic that pays to visit here every day.

Dynamo - some months were exhilerating and some months saw no movement at all. Be a turtle. It does work. And, IMO, it leaves you with better skin. At the beginning, I really thought that I would need a tummy tuck. Now, I don't think so. I had a pooch when I was younger (and thinner) and I think I will still have it. But it's not a flap.

So today was not just an average Debbielicious day, nope I got to meet Stitchy!! She has to be one of the sweetest, down-to-earth people that I have ever met! Oh and did I mention skinny??!! Girlfriend says she's still in a size 10, I think she is buying some strange European brand that is sized in the dam metric system, because she sure looks like a size 4/6 to me!! Her and her husband look great living the retired life.

I will post one picture, she has some better shots (plus one she's really proud of!). I hope to be able to meet up with them again before they leave. Though she is a very bad influence - she had me drinking wine for lunch! lol

Kathy I am so happy that we had the chance to meet - finally I get to meet someone from b2g who actually is who she says she is....hmmm what a concept! If any of you have the chance to meet the Stitch during her travels jump on it - she is such a sweetheart, not to mention skinny!!!!

The picture really does look good, but alas, not a size 6. I just now can wear size 10's at any store. I haven't even tried an 8 yet. Maybe next time. Here's a funny. DH was folding laundry the other day (isn't that a great guy?) and he was doing my undies. He said something about how tiny the new ones are. I loved it!

I can't post the special picture that Debbie mentioned right now. I'm not at my own computer. I'll do so soon.

Awww, thanks, Jess. I actually can cram my butt into a size 6, but it ain't pretty. I have quite a bit of skin. I'm thinking real hard about a TT but my dear DH keeps telling me I'm beautiful and don't need one. All looks OK when I'm standing up but sitting down or leaning over shows the leftovers :faint:

Awww, thanks, Jess. I actually can cram my butt into a size 6, but it ain't pretty. I have quite a bit of skin. I'm thinking real hard about a TT but my dear DH keeps telling me I'm beautiful and don't need one. All looks OK when I'm standing up but sitting down or leaning over shows the leftovers

This afternoon, a high school friend came over to say good by. (I left Louisiana today). Since she was here where my clothes are, I gave her all my size *L* tops. She is too big for my size 10 pants (I still wear them on travel days anyway), but now I have only medium tops in my closet. :cool:

I have finally come to the conclusion that I don't want a TT. I just liked the idea of it. I just read Neal's description of time lost from work (not that I do that sort of thing anymore) and month of swelling, etc., I decided that I could buy a lot of clothes for that money and wouldn't hurt a bit.

So, I'm shopping in cute island shops. It's off season so there are some good sales. I done with Wal-Mart shopping. It served it's purpose during the weight loss phase but I'm pretty much done now. It's time for cute cute cute clothes.

Well, not really. DH has been discouraging it. Not money issue. Just worried about me. Doesn't want me to hurt, what if something goes wrong, etc. And he HAS been heaping praise upon me about how good I look, too. So, I said that I could buy a whole lot of clothes for the cost, he didn't flinch.

You can buy alot of size "6's" for what a TT would be! Lyn is right, if you have any issues with your tummy Spanx are the way to go. Michelle, thank you. I can't remember what my measurements were pre-band, but I think I have lost about 6" from my waist.

I hate size charts on the web. According to the charts I should be wearing a size 12 (tops), 16 (waist), or a 8 (hips). But, when I go clothes shopping in a real store, I wear a size 8 - usually. But, shopping is fun so what the hey?

I like where I'm at. Downside is that I can't buy as many new clothes because I'm not *outgrowing* them. I looked back at my chart and I've pretty much stayed where I'm at (within 3 lbs) for about a year. Since I live in a motorhome, my closet is pretty small :ohwell:.

Yes, the number 1 rule of the scale is to ALWAYS poop before getting on the scale! Now I saw what you ate and lunch and I know you aren't eating too much. Are you getting enough protein? Any reason you might be retaining water? You look so awesome I can't imagine that 5 lbs. could make that much difference, but I know it does. BTW, I will join you in the bashing of the scale after this morning's weight. I have been as low as 217 once, but I can't get back there. This morning, back up to that dreaded 227! Wah!

Are you guys still in WNC, or have you hit the road again? It was GREAT seeing you and Lyn for lunch the other day. Hope you had fun shopping in Biltmore Village!

Yes, I really am getting enough protein. I always eat pretty lightly when going out. Sometimes the silliest things cause sliming. The Miso soup had stuff in it. I should have just sipped the broth. But, a trip to the bathroom and all was well so I could eat lunch, mostly.

Five lbs isn't a lot, but I keep an eye on it. I fluctuate about 3 lbs. If it goes up for more than a day or two, I get serious about getting it off.

We are still in WNC. Because of the gas crunch, we are extending our stay here until Oct 13. Hopefully, it will be better by then. And, maybe the leaves will have turned. The temp in the morning has been around 27. Here's hoping. Then we will be moving on to Franklin for a week. It will be too late in the year to go north, so I'm looking for something warm in the south.

The yarn shop was awesome, but my space is limited and I already have plenty of yarn stash. And I have two projects on the needles, 3 cross stitch projects, and one blanket.
