It's Working - Woo Hoo!!!

I've been kind of whiney lately, worried about my band - concerned that every little ache and twinge is a slip... But I went to Dr V's office and was shocked I have lost another 7 lbs :elephant: since my last fill in November!!

It is working, I've lost 51% of the weight I needed to and I am soo excited. It does work, it works better when you measure and chew more carefully and it IS working for me...

I am re-dedicated to my weightloss - if I could lose when I wasn't really doing a great job working the band, imagine how well I can do when I am focused!!!

Keep working it. I too need to add working out to my routine, I know I would lose more consistently if I did.

Had my second fill apt yesterday. We decided that 5cc was good for me as I lost 8 lbs since 12/11 when I had the first fill. So I'm stayin where I'm at. As I drove home I couldn't help but think about the fact that this was the first time EVER in my 59 years on this earth that I did not gain 8 lbs during the holidays. YIPEEE I'm so gratefull for my band, and for my insurance company that starting paying for the little bugger in 2008.
