Hi all new to this site although I do recongnize some of you from other sites which is pretty cool. Today is 1 week exactly since I got banded and I'm doing great. I wish all the newbies the best on this journey and all the OG's continued success!;)

Waves back at ya Tricia! Thanks for the welcome 503 my new tool is awesome it's really amazing how my body has responded to it I wish I would have done it sooner.

Oh BTW... chickenbiscuit... is ummm something new on the mcD menu, that I really shouldnt know anything about. But its always calling my name so I figured it was an old friend of something... I beginning to realize though that its a wolf in sheeps clothing.. lol:heh:
