3rd stupid question

I now know how to post pictures in a post, multiple side by side even. Today I was trying to post some side by sides in the picture gallery. I can't do that. I see that others have managed (like Just Paul). What am I missing?

Well what J.P. did was, it's one picture total, with the two different images placed next to each other by using something like the standard paint program on your computer. That's why you see those white gaps in there. That would be the only way to have pictures side by side like that :)

The standard paint program doesn't work as well as the free software GIMP. If you need image help I am always more then happy to help. There are also free hosting sites like photobucket.com and imageshack.us. I recommend both, they are excellent.

Thank's 503 and Sara. I assumed that posting the pictures in the gallery would be the same as on a regular post. Silly me. I'll get back to that one of these days.
