While I do have a microwave and toaster oven at work for heating up leftovers, I would like to know what you all are packing for cold lunches. My mind gets stuck and I end up packing the same old same old every day. I'm getting bored.
What are all of you packing?

I eat a lot of albacore tuna with Walden's Farm dressing. I replaced the mayo with the dressing and it works pretty well.
Today I chopped up chicken and mixed in some mayo and some dressing for chicken salad...just as a change.

2 oz of lean meat
turkey or chicken ( my deli makes a dozen diffrent flavors)
or Tuna they make these little flavored tunas so you dont need mayo in sun dried tomato, lemon pepper, and thia spice.
1 oz of cheese all diffrent kinds to chose from
1 oz of choclate covered rasins, or pretzals or something yummy
I always have a good for lunch!!
Can o tuna. No dressing. No Relish. Just add spoon.
Periodically I go hog wild and have two cans o' tuna.
I also take a can of peaches which I eat at a random point.
I no longer do a formal lunch, I just eat when hungry. Today though... I'm having chilli! (because I'm at home and the wife bought me some from Red Robin).

I ususally do soups but when I want something cold I have a salad from Wendy's...or I take some lunchmeat and roll it up and some add some cheese sticks or cheese squares with a jello or pudding cup. You can pack you some cottage cheese cups and some veggie sticks and dipping sauce or even some hummus is you like that. Yogurt, sliced Canadian bacon or pepperoni is good too.

Well, I usually eat the other half of a cold lean quizine (too lazy to get up and reheat it, about 130-150 calories). But sometimes I pack myself a turkey sandwich made with turkey, mustard, and wheat bread (110 calories).
chicken salad w/lowfat mayo ...or rolled up luncheon meat...or soup. Today I bought some lean cusines (on sale at Acme) I can only eat half at a time, so they will last a while...lol. FF pudding or yogurt.

soup is great, and i buy pre cooked chicken chunks and throw a few in there for substance. no matter what sort of soup, chicken seems to go well with it. I also sometimes wrap some meats up in celophane if i am going out, or throw a few cheesesticks in my purse. I am low carbing it so I stay away from breads and crackers now. besides they seems to give me heartburn.

Hey Dawg, how can you eat all that tuna with no dressing of any kind?
I highly recommend the delicious ZERO calorie dressings from Walden's Farms...now if I can only figure out how to get some kind of kickback from sales.
Did I mention they also make zero calorie maple syrup, ketchup, chocolate syrup and dips?

I eat about 3/4 cup of cottage cheese with a snack cup of diced peaches practically every day. If I don't have that, I have a Slim Fast Chocolate Chip Meal Bar.

I make a dip with cream cheese and salsa. Whip it together. Set aside.
Take a slice of ham or turkey and spread with the dip. Add a piece of cheese and roll up. I cut mine in tiny pieces so I can eat it. It is really good with the dip instead of mayo or mustard. I use low fat cream cheese and pace chunky picante for the dip.
I add a sf pudding or jello for mid afternoon snack.

I rely on the South Beach Diet wraps. The Asian Inspired is my fave, but I like the Southwestern and the Chicken Ceaser, too. The bacon on the Turkey Bacon is gross.

The wife made the crustless pizza which I found on one of these forums, delicious, we added some sausage to get some more protein in.
