Hi guys! My name is Becky and I am new to the site. I am friends w/ Tricia and she turned me on to this website...BIG THANKS Tricia!!! I am finally approved for surgery on Nov. 14. I am excited, and scared at the same time. I just wanted to say thanks for all of your stories and inspiration I have found by lurking around. I look forward to being active on the site and being on the "loser" journey with everyone on board. Take care!

:happy: Hello, My user name is Chisaimama and I am new to this site. I heard about it at the Tuesday Lap Band support group at Saint Al's. I was approved for my band The first week of September, but everything is on hold while a lap band lawyer is appealing Blue Cross of Idaho on my behalf. I'm not sure how long this will take but I can hardly wait The waiting is really frustrating however I'm just taking it in as part of the journey to a healthier me.

And a big hello to Chisaimama too. I remember you at the last St. Al's support group! My husband and I were sitting to your left, next to the moderator. I'm so glad you found b2g! Browse through the forums and post about your frustrations in one of the other forums to get more responses and support.
