I meet with a group of ladies for a Bible study that is world wide, each year's study runs from Sept-May and our class has about 250 women in it; we are alowed 500. E'ny way I had my wls when it ended last May. As we started to get back together over the last month I have had so many questions and compliments: What are you doing?, you look great, I was even asked if I had a little PS on my face and neck. One lady said I looked like a movie star, and on and on. It helps so much to see the work pay off and I told each of them what I have done knowing they will say a prayer for me now and again. Most commended me for taking the right step and route to become healthy. Someone says something encouraging to me each week. What a blessing! Gotta love the band 'cause it really works!
