Holy crap, this stuff is good. I tried it for the first time tonight and I'm hooked. Who woulda thunk it?

Tricia....

What a funny coincidence. I had it for the first time today for breakfast. We didn't have milk so I just ate a cup of it plain. 200 cals. What a great crunch. When ya gotta have crunch, this is the stuff. I was hungrier than usual at lunch (only 9 g's of protein) but I made it without snacking inbetween. And at 1/2 cup for 100 cals, it's a great snack.

I also like the Special K breakfast bars...and their snack pack is 100 cals. Both delicious (ive only tried the vanilla and chocolate can't say about the fruit flavors).

I eat a slim fast meal on the go bar for breakfast every day (I never have time during the week for a sit down like a human meal), and those are great. The Special K bars aren't as filling, but they are tasty.

Try the Kashi instant oatmeal as well... awesome. Has become one of my morning staples... I have it nearly every AM. One bowl, only 150 calories... and I am FULL!

I love the Kashi Heart to Heart cereal. I have a small bowl with some fresh fruit in the mornings. Usually around 200 calories for breakfast. I love the Crunch as well. I just love Kashi products period.

Now if I can just get my sweetie, John, and son, Bradley to stop buying Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Cap n Crunch(peanut butter), and all that other stuff. I don't buy it. I told them along time ago if you want that chit then you have to buy it. LOL!!

Funny thing is, I can eat cereal dry, but if I put it in milk, it gets stuck, and I can't eat it. That goes for the Kashi or any other cereal.

Just a little FYI you can get kashi coupons great ones at that from signing up on their web site. I get free samples all the time and fantastic coupons for free things or $1.00 off. Sometimes more then that.

Oh I love ALL things Kashi! Their cereals are delish, especially their Autumn Wheat. I also love their granola bars (which are waaaaay healthier than typical granola bars), and their snack crackers too. The snack crackers have no trans fats and no hydrogenated oils either, which was a huge selling point for me.

take half the box and add I package of choc chips and micowave, drop on wax paper with 1teaspoon very low on calories and gets that chocolate craving in and the crunch. weight watchers its 1 point.

That's funny...I have the opposite problem. I used to *try* snacking on Kashi during movies or whatever instead of junk food but when it's dry it gets stuck like nobody's business!!

Have you guys tried Special K Protein Plus?? I really like that too. I switch between Kaski and Special K.

Kashi makes a couple of great granola bars, 4 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein, they are great!

I tried the cereal this morning. It is really good and I wasn't hungry at all until lunch. I also tried the Kashi granola bar. I could only eat 1/4 of it, but it was tasty.
