Emotional?

How many of you have found yourselves extremely emotional with your weight loss? I can be bouncing one minute, and on the verge of tears the next!

I'm pretty emotional anyway, but seem to be a little more than normal. Oh my poor family! I'm also a lot harder on myself than I used to be, and that's not good because I'm my worst enemy.

Seriously, I get totally just bizzare on tequila..or if I have had too much caffinee the week before my TOM

I'm more emotional in a different way then before surgery. Before weight loss, I was just always down. Down on myself. A defeatist. All of life was just wrong. I didn't fit. In many ways, not just physically.

Now, that "down" has lifted so much! So when I say I'm more emotional, I think my hormones are just more wacky with weight loss. My range is wider, I can be much more extreme in any direction. Of course, I got banded the month before I turned 40, so is it aging? Or banding? Who cares, as long as I'm wear a smaller size! :) *shakes finger* Now don't make me cry, dammit!

Oh good...then maybe it's not aging! Maybe it's just weight-loss-related hormone-wackys. :tongue1:

I feel the same just a little more emotional, but believe this can be resolved by getting busy back to work so then I won't have time to watch lifetime movies and chick flicks ......
