I someday would like to have some things done. How long after surgery do you wait? How many pounds do you need to lose? How does this all work?
If my employer doesn't change our insurance my insurance pays for some work done;-) TT and perky boobs. I just want to know on my end where do I start....?

Im not sure how long you wait and how many pounds you need to lose . i would imagine you want to be real close to goal. You could start researching doctors and go for a consult to see what they have to say. Thats great that your insurance will pay for some of it most insurances wont. I also would love a TT and perky boobs. First i need to be banded lol. Its the thought of having a flat stomach thats like omg gotta do it. let me know what you find out..

First, let me go on record to say I am a big FAN of perky boobs.
Now, as far as Plastic Surgery goes... my doc states it as something you do AFTER you reach goal... and then give your body a chance to recover from the loss and see what it does. He recommends you wait 6-12 months after reaching goal to have it done, as your body may recover some of the loose skin, and you should give it a chance.
Personally, I think waiting to let the body "catch up" after reaching goal is a good idea. Doing it too far before goal might mean you have to do it again if you lose more, as the skin is still unlikely to shrink more after losing weight if it didn't in the first place.
Of course, YMMV, and I haven't had any yet, so I am NOT speaking from experience.
And YES, I would like a TT too!
But my boobs are fine.
