I'm in a size 14/16!!!!! They're a little snug but comfy.. I'm just used to wearing my clothes too big.. My tops are still 18/20 but that's ok I like those much bigger. Seems like some of the 18/20's run small I think.. maybe it could be me tho.

I picked those 14/16 capri's up and looked at them.. and thought.. NO way would I even get them on.. I told Max "I'll be right back".. I tried them on and dang if they didn't go up over my hips :D:D:D:D .. I told him I wasn't gonna buy any new clothes until winter comes cuz I need most everything.. but I couldn't resist these. They're black with a silver sequined butterfly on the right leg.. :)

Great NSV Donna! And it reminds me, I have a pair of size 18 jeans that have been in my closet forever! I know I still probably can't wear them, but it might be great to get them out in view again so I can see them!

Thanks everyone.. I'm still kinda reeling from the feeling. I tried the whole outfit on for Max tonight.. he liked it :)

We're going to a reunion of sorts and some of the people we made close friends with while we wintered in Florida will be there. They haven't seen me since just after surgery and no one really noticed anything then.. I'll surprise them :)

I thought about having my daughter take pictures of me this weekend Betty after the baby shower we're going to. I'll have make up and my hair done up then.. when I have pictures taken when Nicholas comes to visit, I'm not dressed up cuz I'm either on the floor or out in the yard on the grass with him.. I love that part of losing weight. Being able to sit cross legged on the ground and I'm 59 yrs old.. I never saw my Mom do that when she was my age. lol

Ok.. I had Max take a picture of me tonight with my sparkle sequined capri pants.. and dang if I can't see collar bones too!!

I love these capri's!!! I felt so alive when I wore them today (again) for our get together with our Florida group of people. They noticed I had lost weight too.. that was a triple plus!!

Oh and I put up a new avatar too.. taken today Aug 7. Thought it was time for a new one.

Sparkle, shiny...everyone has their thing...my wife loves a dress that spins...you know like when little girls where a dress and they swing back and forth and the dress spins.

Yep I know of those dresses and skirts.. I love those too, but haven't worn any in a long time. Most of my dresses include denim jumpers.

Donna...I'm so glad that you're at that "happy" place in life. It's awesome! You deserve every single compliment you get - in your new outfit or others. Dang woman, you've lost 40 lbs in no time at all! Goal will be here and then you'll be saying, ok now what? lol Congrats hon!
