Hi everyone! I am Mia. I had my surgery March 16th, I am close to my 6 month mark. I am losing real slow and love to come and chat. I have only lost 21 lbs since March. I was a low BMIer so I know it will go slow. I am also a chronic bad eater. My thought on that is that is I can't eat as much, then I should still lose because I am cutting the calories, but I am trying real hard to be a good girl, I just need to find the right modivation. I am sure I will find it here with all of you.

I know your strife, its so hard to be good.. but I have found it helps when you think of how rewarding being good will be. and make a list of all the things that your life will be when you have lost wight.. put it on the frige and when you want to be bad, look at that list read it outloud..

Thanks for the advice Vegaswildflower. I wish I could put things on the front of my fridge, its stainless and nothing sticks to the front, LOLOLOL. If I tape it my husband will kill me, LOLOLOL. I definately think I will make that list.

mia, i am in the same boat with my hubby and the stainless steel doors. I got some of that sticky putty that they use for no tear adhesive. I think it is called Blue Tack. it leaves no residue and sticks well. :)

Thanks, but my husband is anal retentive and he would still kill me, LMAO! Maybe I can find room on the side between all the kids stuff, LOL.

I did that once...put my own stuff up with my kids stuff. My daughter brought it too me in a stack saying it was taking up room for her princess drawings LOL I know your battle. Good luck!! LOL
