I am back : )

After a 3month break, I am finally back on track. got my 4th fill today 7cc's
he put in 8cc's but it was to much, couldn't swallow my water. I am on floods for a couple days. I have been so disgusted with myself, I have gained 6 lb's. on the other hand I have eaten everything in site so 6 lb's is not bad.

The Doc says I have done good because, he knows I was not very tight, maybe this one will be the one... since august I have lost 35lb and 4" .. I know this is not bad, but I could do better my goal is 250 for my 1 year
HAPPY BANDDAY... that will be 65lb for the year so I have 4 months and 25lb's to go...it should not be to hard. if I stick to watching what I eat.

Anyway enough about me. I hope all my other Bandy Buddies are doing OK

It's good to see you back again tho, and great news about getting back on track. Six pounds?? Pshaw! Think what that would have been prior to your band! You'll have that gone and forgotten in no time at all!
