NEW Group in Boise UPDATE

Hello all:

I posted on the Idaho web the info about the next meeting for the Group(sounds mysterious huh) Debra has arranged a special speaker for the meeting on the 19th of October. His name is John Creech, Certified Persoanl Trainer for Idaho Athletic Club in Meridian. Has worked with IAC for 4yrs, trained in both physical training and nutrition. John will be presenting those in attendance of the support group meeting with coupons for free physical evaluations and recommendations for a workout program.

Wow this sounds like a eventful evening at the opera! Remember, the meeting location is behind St Als hospital in the big white dome tent and will be from 7:00pm until 8:30 pm. We will also have a table set up for a clothes swap if you want to get rid of anything or trade anything, please arrive a few minutes early to set up the clothes so that we can start on time. Hey, is anyone from the new group going to still go on the second tuesday of each month just to stay informed? I am going to continue to go because I believe that I need all the help I can get

I'm planning on going! It has actually been pretty good the last couple of months. I'm glad you guys are going. Richard, you are a real inspiration to the newbies. And Jacqie, you have a year of experience under your belt and it's good to have someone at least a year out there.

Attention all new bandsters out there reading this for the first time..... Support Group is where it is at, you will hear the issues and grt things and not so grt things that happen with this new thing(band) we look forward to seeing you there. WE all need support. Oh I'll be there on Tuesday filling your lives with my usual vibrant personality (that's a somewhat inside joke).

I think it's vital that we meet as often as we can to establish the bonds of friendship and community that will help us be "that ray of sunshine". It's been a wonderful two weeks. I think often of how much the band has bouth old friends and new friends together.

I know that the "shack" and P'Nut have been friends for the best part (if not more) of a decade and now I am able to meet people and impress them with my insanity.

Let's keep the fires burning and we'll see you on Tuesday!
