I'm getting my band and me back in the game!

I finally made an appointment to go back and see Dr. Anderson. I'm ready to do this again. Due to my work schedule the next 5 weeks I am not able to leave during the day and the day that I could go is the day before I fly out to Washington DC for a week witha work project and he doesn't want me to have a fill right befor I leave so I'm off to see him on May 9th I have alreay placed in a personal day so work will not make it an issue. It's time to get my rear in gear and get this damn weight off and keep it off and get on with life instead of feeling sorry for myself and making excuses for everything. Yep life sucks - losing weight is hard and I have to do it or I will never have the life I truely want and deserve becasue my weight is a huge hold back in my life. I'm READY!!!

Terrific! I'm right there with you. I'm disgusted with myself for falling into the line of thinking "the band will do all the work." It is time for me to do the work with a "small assist" from my band. Time to throw out the junk, eat smaller portions of healthy food, and EXERCISE!!!

I'm here - We were super busy at work this last week so I was not online much. I am hoping to get to the meeting tonight - but I only had 3 hours of sleep last night so I'm a bit tired - and it's my own fault I was instant messaging a friend from 1:00 am to 4:00. And yes it is a guy friend - Life is going ok right now - Not getting my hopes up but it could be promising....
