OK folks...one of the things that helps me lose weight is keeping strict records of all the food I put in my face.
So, stop in once a day and let us know what you ate today. If ya cheated...here's the place to come clean, and if you didn't here's the place to brag.
Usually I post in this format:

I know some of you are doing 6 meals, so just post the time of day and the food you ate.

Noon: (yes...i partied har the night before so i woke up really late) 1 soft veggie taco from Chipotle
2pm: apple and 1/2 cup of milk
4:30pm: half a bottle of isopure and 3 large carrots
6pm: small scoop of Green Tea ice cream from the creamery down the street
8pm: 2 chicken wings and a small can of tuna
10pm: other half of my isopure
I was bad about my water today. I only drank maybe half a gallon. my goal everyday is 1.5 gallons.

B - 1 serving of Isopure Shake 15fl oz
S - Strawberry/Banana applesauce, 1 slice of sandwhich meat
L - Spinich salad, Albacore tuna, onions, lime juice, mikoto sauce
S - Light Dannon Yogurt Drink
D - 4 Egg whites, 2 oz of broccoli, 1 slice of velveeta cheese
S - 1/2 of Isopure shake
Water - 1 gallon

Breakfast: Slim Fast Meal On The Go Bar (milk chocolate peanut)
Lunch: tuna on a pita with Walden's zero calorie thousand island dressing instead of mayo.
Snack: three pretzel rods (120 calories...definitely not worth it)
Dinner: Chicken burger with american cheese (no bread) 1 cup carrots, 1 cup cucumber, 20 or so olives and Walden's Farm zero calorie dressing as a dip.
Dessert: Slim Bear chocolate pop...90 cals...excellent and delicious...but 90 cals? what the hell?
9 waters so far, for a total of 4.5 liters or 148.5 ozs

8am: large apple, cup of coffee
(took a long nap because i never went to bed lat night)
12pm: 3 chicken wings
2pm: 10 oz 2% milk (it tasted so goo i couldn't stop!!)
4pm: (Planned) 4oz cottage cheese
6pm: (Planned) small can of tuna
8pm: (Planned) vanilla yogurt

B- coffee- 2 cups and a sausage patty
L- 1/4 cup cottage cheese with some s/f jelly
D- 3 oz of baked chicken
S- 1/2 cup life cereal with skim milk

Breakfast: wanna guess? (slim fast MOG milk chocolate peanut bar)
Lunch: tuna on a pita with Walden's Farm dressing instead of mayo
Snacks: 2 jello pudding cups
Dinner: homemade shepherds pie (mixed veggies ground turkey and mashed potatoes.
Dessert: slimbear chocolate ice cream pop...90cals
7 waters so far so 3.5 liters...or ~118 ozs

Dinner: Leftover Shepherds pie
Dessert: Slim Bear chocolate ice cream pop 90 cals

L- 3...yes 3 chicken legs, they were small
D- small salad with salsa and maybe 1 oz of chicken breast and light ranch dressing.

Hmmm, today is a good day so I"ll post, lol.
Breakfast - 1/2 cup Just right, skim milk and peaches
Lunch - ham and salad sandwhich on multigrain bread
afternoon : skim latte
dinner: a low fat sausage, spoonful of mashed potato and half the plate full of steamed veges - broccoli, beans, cauli, carrot.

Friday (bad day)
Breakfast: MOG bar...
Lunch: I grabbed one of those tuna to go packs and survived a day with no prepared lunch...didn't do as well at dinner.
Dinner: one slice buffalo chicken pizza, one slice white pizza
10 bottles of water so far, 5 liters or ~169ozs

Breakfast: no food..hard to eat when you are asleep...that's right...I said sleeping. I finally slept...wooohooooo woke up at around 11am.
Lunch: MOG bar
Dinner:
2 bottles of water so far 1 liter or ~33 ozs

Here's what I've had/will have today:
B: 1 ff/sf instant pudding with 1/4 scoop of protein powder
S: same as above and a med. tomato w/1 tbls lite dressing
L: breakfast burrito (2 eggs, small flour tortilla, 1 oz lite cheddar, salsa, lettuce)
S: 1.5 c tomato, zucchini, scallion salad w/lite dressing and 1 lite string cheese
D: Pastacioli (1 oz barilla + pasta, 3/4 cup meat sauce, 2 oz lite velveeta, 1/2 c cottage cheese), 1/2 c green beans
S: string cheese (if needed and included in total below)
W: 48-64 oz
Totals:

Carbs 131 g
Fat 55
