i am in tears here!!!

omg, i am sitting on the couch, watching tv and just realized that i have my legs crossed. i haven't been able to do this in so long, and i can't stop crying because of it. i know i have done well, and that i am making progress but things like this really make me sit back and take notice. it hurts to think about what i have let be done to my body, and that i did not fight this before. this is just hard, bittersweet, and scuse my language but so fucking awesome!!!

and i love you all for being able to share it with you guys.

GO FUNNY!! I remember when this happened to me too. I was at church & looked down at my legs & thought - "I AM CROSSING MY LEGS!! HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?" I had a perma-grin on my face all day.

I can only imagine what you must feel like Funny. NSVs are the meat of what we live by. Scales are great, I love watching the number go down, but nothing makes me feel quite so amazed at seeing how far I have come, and how far I have left to go.

yeah that explitive was uncalled for...but it best describes the intensity that i am feeling now. i broke in to tears when i called my mom to tell her. she is a big girl. i studdered through telling her that i was sitting there crossing my legs, and she just asked "you're what? you are crossing your legs? oh my god!! You are crossing your legs!! Omg honey!! like completely crossed at the knees? OMG!!" she understands and cried with me. this is big for me. omg. tomorrow will be 3 hours at the gym. no...4.

I went from being unable to cross my legs (I did traditional fat man position of ankle on knee) to being able to touch calf to calf.

I can actually put my crossed leg foot behind my calf (which I do to crack my knee and thigh - great stretch).

I'm still calling you a potty mouth. :p

I am dying to be able to cross my legs again. I hate doing the "lower leg cross under the chair" just to keep my knees closer together so everybody can't see how far apart my legs naturally are because they're so fat.

it was so cool last night. i was such an emotional wreck from it LOL I went into the kitchen to get more water, and rob came in and hugged me, laughing about it. and i broke down again. WTF is wrong with me? LOL I just sobbed with my face buried in his chest. omg i am such a girl. LOL

Today i went to the gym with my friend and told her. She just threw her arms around me. she is not big. slightly larger than norm, but not big, and has these AMAZING legs and always sits with her legs crossed. Yet she still understood how amazing it was and just about got me crying again. LOL
