Has anyone tried the new Dexatrim Max2O? It is the tablets that you add to your water instead of taking a pill? I am going to try it and see if it helps with some of the cravings!!! It says it is suppose to enhance your metabolism, fight fatigue...all that good stuff. It isn't so much the feeling full but the cravings that are killing me!!!!
Drinking my first bottle....we shall see!!!

it depends on what it is they are using for "boosting your metabolism and fighting fatigue". If it is caffeine keep in mind that caffeine stimulates the bladder, and you need to drink double the water so that you do not dehydrate. That is why they say coffee dehyrates. can you drink double the water you are doing now? If so, I say go for it! It should be great for the appetite suppression!

Well ladies, I can tell you that it has given me a little boost in energy. You get that little 'rush' from it....probably from all of the B vitamins, niacin and caffeine in it. As far as the appetite suppressant part, if you have the energy to do alot to keep you busy and your 'mind' off of eating then yes....but if you are at work and just sitting behind a desk....not so much. So it's worth a shot if you are the type of person on the go all the time and a busy body...it gives you that little boost of energy. But I would check with your doctor first if you have high blood pressure, depression, diabetes...things like that just to make sure it will not interfere with your meds. I have the lemon flavor and it's ok but I am going to try the berry one too! So, do I recommend it as suppressant? Kind of. An energy boost? Yes. Hope this helps!
