so i just found a few cool things when i went shopping. but i will share all the stuff i got to show you how i make banding easier and the small meals quick!
5 3packs of small cans of tuna (single serving 3oz) 70 cals
4 4packs of Dannon lite yogurt with cereal 100 cals
4 4packs of breakstone 2% cottage cheese 90 cals
4 boxes of Healthy Pop snack size popcorn 90 cals
1 case fat free pudding cups 104 cals
2 boxes cookie packs 100 cals
these are great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the snacks in between. they are quick, and if i get really hungry I just grab something before my mind wonders and i eat something i shouldn't. lol
