Hello everyone,
My name is Troy Stephens (TAS). I have been to 2 or 3 meetings now and have enjoyed meeting some of you. Rich (Shackdog) is my inspiration for getting banded. He is a rock and a true man of integrity. Thank you for your support.
I am being banded by Dr. Anderson on Nov. 27th. I have lost over 40lbs. to get to this point.:nod: Praise God!
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers for that day.

Congrats on making it this far. Each step of the way has it's own challenges and REWARDS. You're off to a great start!!!

You'll be in my prayers on your surgery date, and I wish you an easy time through the liquid and mushie stages. Remember it is just a small part of the journey and you're on the road to a fitter you.
