i used to have a hard time getting in all my water. it was hard to keep track of, and I really didn't like the taste of the tap. Plus it was never cold enough. So I went to the store an bought a case of water in the typical water bottle size. Every night i would fill them with filtered water from my little brita water filter, and pop them in the fridge. I have it all figured out how many bottles a day i need to rink in order to get all my water in. By the end of the day all of those bottles must be empty. That is my rule.
Plus those regular bottle sizes fit in your purse or the car cup holder a lot better than the tall bottles, or those half gallon water jugs.

www.eas.com for VERY tasty coffee flavored protien drinks.
Oh and always ASK your pharmicist if they have liquid tylenol/benefiber/other non prescription meds BEHIND thier counter. You'd be surprised what they have back there that they dont put out due to theft.

I have a Low Carb Slim Fast for breakfast every morning I am home. I get them at Sam's Club by the case. I also use them when I have having food issues to keep my calories and protein up.
When I travel, I get the Weight Watchers single serving packets or Carnations Instant Breakfast No Sugar Added to take with me. I add them to skim milk.
