Newbie Here In NC

Hi Group.,
This is my first posting and Im really excited.
Scheduled for surgery 9/27 doin the liquid diet now for 4 days somewhat dissappointed no drop in weight. But Im being patient with high expectations.

Have met some really great people on here Mrs Sabre, Kim G, Kathy
Looking forward to getting to know others on the site.

I live in Waynesville, NC, 30 minutes West of Asheville. I was banded 8/15/06 at Mission Hospital and I'm doing really well.

Hi Robin (Hondagal), I've been keeping an eye out for this post, but I'm rarely on line over the weekends. I hate to hear that you're not dropping any weight yet :( Are you tracking your calories & protein? Last we talked, it sounded like you weren't getting enough intake in general?

Well hello Hondagal and welcome to b2g. Congratualtions on your lapband surgery date and don't worry about your weight before hand...your body probably wonders what the heck you're doing to it and believe me it can hang on tight when it wants to- well for a while and then it has to let go of that weight. It'll happen for you!
