North Alabama Bandsters or Pre Bandsters

Anyone from North Alabama? A few of us on LBT have been discussing starting a lap band support group in the area. Most likely in Huntsville. Anyone intrested?

Hi,
I would definitely be interested. I live in Madison and attend a bi-monthly support group out of Crestwood Hospital. Everyone there has had the RNY. No one with lapband experience. As I'm learning everyday on this message board, I need a lapband support group.

Hi Belinda. I live in North Alabama. I live in Falkville. I was just banded on 11/13/09 so I am very new to everything. I am still recovering from my surgery. It has been 6 days now and I am still hurting. How long does this last? I am so ready to get started and definitely ready to get back to normal. I would be interested in the support group but Huntsville would be pretty far from me about 45 to 50 miles. I am looking for a support group though.
