i sign up tomorrow and meet my new studmuffin of a personal trainer. don't need him really, but he is yummy to look at.

anyone else worked out at shapes? what is it like?

LOL.. Funny, that is the best reason I can think of for a personal trainer. Good luck and let us know how hard it was to not drool while working out..>LOL

Hey Funny,

As good looking as the PT may be that will be the last thing on your mind after that workout. If he's anything like mines (who is very nice on the eyes) you will becursing him after each workout and usually a couple more days after that.

i guess shapes is a florida base women's only workout club. Which sucks cause the personal trainer i hired can't go in. so i canned him. but the club is great, and i am going to start going every day tomorrow.
