This has happened to me before, even when I'm the one posting the pic! But others seem to view them fine. I'm not sure if there's a way to resolve this.

For images that arent loading, my best suggestion (at this moment) is to clear all files and cookies from your browser and reload.

The only possible odity might be if you are using browsers like FireFox, or the images uploaded have some kind of odd file extension.

OK. I wa asked for full shots before and after. The before pics are at 320, I ended up heavier (371) before the surgery. The after pics are from today, at 217.

The first picture, which was taken May 20, 2006, is me at my highest weight ever 290 and the other 2 pics i was 266. I need to take some updated pictures but i really dont see a difference since the 266 pictures were taken.

Compliments are always welcome and appreciated, been working really hard are trying to "form" my new body, as I lost the weight, I was losing the shoulders and arms I used to be proud of. Doing lots of weights lately, hoping it helps, and my 800 crunches nightly for the gut... still gotta get rid of the love handles... the spandex shirt helps a bit, but can't wear it all the time!

I think I'll take a poll on the goatee!

Thats asesome, what you see in the back ground is my Dream board, and It has all the things on it I want to acomplish this year. First thing I havr to do is 30 Transactions.. It helps me keep my focus, I have the same thing on my fridge for my weight, when I see a nice out fit or soemthing that Ill be able to do when Im thin I post it up there..

Sure you can go with me, Its a couples resort, but I have friends going that are " just girls" willing to sleep in the same bed.. lol
The place I go is ALL ADULT, lux, all inclusive, al gormet meals, all top shelf liquor, all avtivities exc... Its a small place just 40 miles south of cancun,
we will be flying out thanksgiving morning for 7 days. ( let me tell you I will be very thankful , ling on a warm beach with a drink in my hand )
it was about $1500 buck pp.. with airfare.. ( we have been there before)

At our Boise support group tonight we were talking about how hard it is to really see a difference in ourselves as we lose the weight. We all agreed that pictures were the best way to really see the changes. I hope everyone is taking pictures of themselves along the way.. the side by side comparisons really do make an impression!

I know how you feel Trish, I've lost 58lbs, and I don't see it, and I don't feel like it. I am noticing now that other people are commenting on it. But to be honest I still feel like they are saying it out of politeness. You know like when you see someone's baby and it looks like a lizard...not even a cute lizard and you say, "oh he's so cute".

I am very self conscious of the weight, and how I look. I have an OCD about being the "fat guy", when they lift their arms up the belly shows, and they smell, and they are the one that farted, etc etc etc. So now im overly aware of how my clothes look on me. I'm also really overly aware of the fact that people who seem to be losing less weight then I am look much better. Immediately logic takes over and says, yeah, 60lbs off of 300 looks much different then 60 from 500lbs. That just starts more self abuse about being this size.

The sick but true fact is that's why I am so attached to everyone here...I beat up on myself so much, I feel overly protective of all of you (except Paul...he's sickeningly skinny) and I'm hyper sensitive to all of your victories.

The truth is that the change is clear in you, you can see it without a doubt in just those two pictures.

Actually, I always felt the same way you do. You'll get there too. Let me tell you though, it feels WEIRD not being the biggest person in the room, especially as I have not gotten used to it, and still feel like I am, and am shocked when I'm not reacted to as the biggest... I guess I will get it, but it will take a while.:nod: I'll bet your loss DOES show. We never see it on ourselves first, as we see ourselves all the time. Take a picture, front and side... take another one in a couple months. Compare. That is the only way I could see it.

Jameza40 ~ SO FUNNY that you made the comment about the belt. That is one of the things on my wish list. I want to wear something that you can SEE a belt in. AND, I want some of the those go-go boots! Every time I have tried some on, my calves are too big and I cant get them zipped up :(

I know what you mean about a belt....even after losing 100 pounds...I'd get all nervous when someone would tell me to try a belt on in astore. I had this huge fear it would be so small and everyone would look at me and think,why is she even trying. But i got over that fear and have found a lot of belts...I've had to get rid of some of them by down cause they are way to big even on the last notch. To be able to walk into a "skinny gir" store and wear a belt off the rack, AMAZING!

Yep, I wore it for my Birthday dinner...the rest of the pictures are in my Journey thread.

Awww thanks Jess & Emilee! Your support really means a lot. The before pic was at the Relay for Life walk last year. It was a blast! I'm doing the walk again this year in June and will be wearing the same "uniform". It will be interesting to see that comparison.

Kathy you are too funny about the hair. I'm glad everyone likes it because I had to cut it - it is falling out like nobody's business. Here's another hair pic as requested. If you're hair dresser tells you it's difficult to maintain, don't believe it. I spend all of 15 minutes on my hair.

Clothes make it deceiving! :) My stomach is terrible. I think thats why I have a hard time believing I am where I am at. When I look in the mirror without a shirt, its not a pretty site. I will post before PS pics someday when I get closer to going through with it.

Emilee. I joined a gym in December and have been doing mostly Cardio, but I meet with a trainer on Thursday and I am sure he will get me into a better routine. I am not planning for any PS until at least the begining of 2008, so everything that is going to tighten up, should by then.

it all depends on the fill, and the person, really! i did not feel any different after my fill - but some do. good luck.

You may or may not feel restriction with your first fill(s). Sometimes it takes several of them to work. I did feel some restriction with each of them (and I did lose a lot of weight along the way), I have had 5 and I think I'm at my *sweet spot.* Thank goodness! I wish I had gotten the fills closer together. I don't know why I waited so long between. Pride, I guess. Like "I don't need them!" Silly me. That's why I got the band. To get help.
