Mike has a co-worker who is intersted in the band. Same song as many of us... insurance isnt going to cover it. She's interested in paying cash, but isnt sure what figures she should be aware of or where's the best place to get the surgery (for the cash price).

Help!

question: What's the cash price and location for band surgery?

He is just awesome! He had a lot to do with the FDA research and approval of the band in the U.S.
