put on your ass kicking boots girl I need some help. And anyone else who wants a turn. I went into a totally bad spiral this past 4 days. it just got worse and worse. i was not sticking to my 6 meals. i just would graze all day long. i gained 2 pounds!! I hate that!! I need to get back on track and start fighting again.

slightly. i would love to stuff my face with the breakfast pizzas the kids are eating. but i am holding out and eating cottage cheese. my head hunger and my bad mood are really bringing me down lately.

Let's just say that I'd never do it - as I don't have the cojones. However, you and Telly seem to have the confidence and moxy to pull it off. I will be doing this today. I am gonna do my makeup and hair and such to go to the gym so that when i see myself in the mirror working out I am as pretty as I can be. :D

I will be kicking ass until Monday morning. I'm going to spend the weekend in San Diego kicking my own ass at the gym there and running. I know that after my return home, I'll be trying to heal. I am unsure of how long it will be before i can do any exercises after. I know that I am allowed to walk but no lifting and definately no running.
