I just got a call from Cheryl.. she got home yesterday and, other than some bad nausea last night, she is doing great! She said she's had no pain at all and hasn't taken any pain medication! Wow! She'll be returning to work tomorrow! Now that's a success story! *chuckles*

Hellooooo!!! Thanks to all for your well wishes....they worked! I was banded on the 11th and home the next day. As P'Nut told you, I had a horrible bout with nausea, but Dr. Cahn gave me something for that. Other than that, I've been great. Absolutely no pain---it's amazing. Am back at work today, too. Have been keeping water down, but that's about it. Ate jello that settled ok, but broth and SlimFast haven't been too good. And am very gassy---like y'all needed to hear that!
Anyway....thanks again for the thoughts, and good luck to all!
