Pre-Op Liquids

Ginabobina has given some excellent recipes for pre-op. Does anyone else have some to share. I didn't even know we could drink Boost until I saw it on here. Help!

Hey there :) I moved this thread to the nutrition forum so hopefully others will find it and post advice. I also suggest taking a look through these threads and see if you can find any more helpful ideas.
