Dawg and I bought the band2gether.net name the same night I was banned. We also bought the v-bulletin program and with Funny and Sara's help, we are getting the place looking like our own home! So far so good and everyone has been working so hard to get us ready to open.

Dawg will remain an Administrator, while Funny, Sara, and I will be Moderators.

And trust me, NO ugliness will be allowed! :)

Was back at the old place for awhile.

You know... it is kind of like leaving a campsite after you've been there a few days. It looks a little like home, but all the good stuff is already packed up. The campfire is extinguished, the little bits of debris need to be scraped up and bagged, and you realize that there really isn't all that much keeping you. It looks kind of sad and uninteresting. ...smells like wet ashes and cheese rinds.

Well I just want to state for the record that we are in no way looking to have b2g replace the support group at lbt. It is wholey up to the inividual if they wish to make this their one and only home for lapband help, or if they want to have multiple support connections for lapband help. There are a lot of people that will never leave lbt, and we on't see why they should. except for the ugliness there with particular members, for the majority the members there are very supportive an wonderful.

We all have our reasons for where we want to stay an how invloved we want to be. But EVERYONE, save a few individuals, is completely welcome here, no matter what the relationship was on other boards. Besides, I believe that different environments breed different relationships. :)

I am just so glad to see the board growing! I have this crazy excitement to wehre I can't wait to see this place in a year, knowing what we have in plan for everyone!! :) Its all gonna ROCK!!!

I agree there's no need to pick sides, this isn't a war with LBT, but there was/is alot there that was spoiled, it's hard not to be careful. I love that the wonderful parts of LBT are popping up here in great threads. AND in great people!

It's hard to keep up with 2 boards, I've tried it, you always have one you go to first and all the time. The others you check in on. I don't think I've visited the Kuri Board on Yahoo in months.
