EAS Chocolate Soy Shakes

I decided to try this brand today for the benefit of soy and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't taste like crap. LOL They have 20 grams of protein per scoop, and taste pretty good too. The only downfall? They also have a lot of sugar too.

I've had that brand before and I liked it as well. I typically stick to whey protein though.

I love the EAS Advantedge Carb Control ready to drink. They are whey based, but very good.

I also like the EAS Advantedge Carb Control ready to drink. The dietition recommended them because they do have less sugar.

It used to come in Cookies and Cream too, but I guess they don't make it anymore cause I can't find it, even on their webiste. I had it once and it was very good. :)
