1st Fill!

I just had my 1st fill today. I'm not even sure how much he put in. LOL. I was so excited I didn't ask. I have only lost 3 lbs. I've been stressed and I was starving. So, at least I hadn't gained. I'll check with them tomorrow to see how much of a fill he did. I'm still hungry but not starving like I was. We'll see how it goes!!

congratulations on the 1st fill! it doe not sound like it was too traumatic for you. I hope you have at least a little restriction- go cautiously until you know how you will react to the fill

Congrats - Had my first fill in early April DOc only put in 1.5, he takes it slow cause everyone feels restrictions differently. Had another fill last week 5-9 and now its WONDERFULL, my band is now controlling how, what and when I eat! I LOVE IT!!!! SUrgery 3-14-07 down -37lbs only 93 to fo! LOL GOod Luck & hang in there!

I have restriction. I can still eat more than I think I should be able to. And I get horribly hungry. At least I do get full easier. The Dr told me not to wait until my next appointment if I didn't feel like it was enough. So, I may go see him next week. I would do it this week. But I've been sick.

Julz, sorry to hear that you are sick but I am glad to hear that you are not going to wait if you feel you need more. I had a fill of 2.5 for my first fill and while I was leaving that appt. I made my next one for 6 weeks out. I was glad I did because I really needed it by that time. Keep us posted...oh, by the way, where were you at the last dinner!?!?!?! I keep missing the chance to chat with you.
