Breakfast anyone? Egg muffins :D

This morning I decided to make something new for the kidos. Turned out pretty freakin cool I think!

I cant eat much eggs they make me sick :(
However SOME CAN and this was good (my kids loved them)

I took my muffin pan and sprayed it down.
I took in a bowl one egg @ a time I scrambled in the bowl added salt pepper (whatever herbs ya want)
I cut up some Ham lunch meat into little squares- and added some shredded cheese
Then I poured the mixture into my oiled muffin pan

I baked this for about 22 min (keep an eye out differ ovens differ times)

Then they just popped out of the pan looking like this and my kids ate them like muffins!

hehe my kids first called them meat muffins- now we call them egg MC muffin cause our Last name starts with MC LOL

Cute Nana!! How yummy is that & there's lots protein in them!! I think I might try this for breakfast with my kids!! LOVE IT!!

How high did you fill the muffin pan? Half full?

I did one egg per muffin :) The neat thing is they really did puff up like muffins! I thought they would have been flat like quiche (SP?)
