What is with getting below the centry marks?!?!?! I have been floating just above onderland for two weeks now. I know I have heard other people talk about how hard it is to get under the centuries as well. It is just frustrating to be sooooooooo close yet it takes FOREVER!!!!!

well , i have stated my theory a few times already but am happy to do so again!. I believe the last few pounds ij each century have a life of there own and a strong survival will- they have seen there somrades melt away and they become very determined to survive and avoid extinction- however, in their hearts even they know it is a futile fight, they cannot win and will evnetually go the same way as the dodo's
all jokes aside, i think it is apart of that "so near yet so far" way of thinking - abit like what we get in the early post band stages when weightloss stalls and we want those quick results. I think som of it is perception and the way we think. We plateau often but it seems worse if it near a major goal weight like a new century. but it will happen, jsut keep on ploddingonwards and you will get their!

Have you heard Bear's philosophy on this? http://www.band2gether.net/showthread.php?t=3037&page=3
It is funny and makes sense. I have to agree. Getting below 200 was a chore and it has taken me forever now that I am there just to move into a different decade!
