I just got banded on April 2nd and I am looking for individuals in Kansas or Missouri who has been banded. Want to get to know people who have or is getting banded and start a support system like the people in North Carolina.

We do have a great support system here in Charlotte!!! We met online and then met up I think there were 6 of us when we started up. It has been very neat.
I'm now trying to start a weekly smaller group to get back to basics.

Are you aware of the support group at NewHope Bariatrics in Overland Park KS?

Hi Stacy! Welcome to B2G. The last post for this thread was over a year ago, but I wanted to be sure to welcome you to the site. Congrats on your surgery date, it's going to be the best thing you've ever done. There is a wealth of information to be found here, hope you've had a chance to read some of it, including what to bring to the hospital and have ready at home when you return. I hope to get to know better after you're able to get back online after surgery.
