First Fill....CHECK!

I got my first fill today. Bless NikkiPants for driving me from Boston to NY to get it done!

It took about five seconds, but the worst was how hard the doc pushed on me. I mean, my port has been hurting me for a while now. He found the exact place where the pain has been and he pushed down super hard. Luckily it's all done.

I have quite a bit of stinging from the fill and soreness, but other then that I am super happy that I did it!! This is the start of the journey for me!

The pathetic part is that I can't wait for the next one!! I don't usually get excited about getting jabbed with an oversized needle, but I can't wait to finally hit restriction-city! Haha.

Hi Lily, Glad to hear you are doing good.I go for my first fill in the morning.
I'm glad because for the last 2 weeks I have been hungry for the first time since getting the band . I hope the fill will help with that.

Haha thanks guys! My port area is hurting pretty bad. It's like a mix of stinging, pinching, and muscle soreness. I am back to clutching a pillow to my belly when I try to get up and walk.

I am looking forward to feeling good again. I am trying my hardest to stay extremely optimistic about this.

When the doc pushed on my stomach it hurt pretty bad, but it was quick. The process was uber fast :)
