Hi ... I'm a newby ... I just received word today I have been approved for lap band and I am looking for some understanding and happy lapbanders.

Welcome Patsy, You have come to the right place,everyone here is so nice and helpful.I started reading the site before I was banded on 3-7-7 and this is the reason I made my decision to have it done.Everyone has been there for me every step of the way.

Welcome Patsy! I am also kinda a newbie, I will be banded April 9th. Do you have a date yet? Ask lots of questions! No question is silly or not important. Learn lots! Good luck with your journey!
