What do you have at home and what works best for you?

We have the following:
CrossBow (cheaper version of BowFlex)
Recumbant Bike
Exercise Ball
Resistance Bands
Free Weights/Dumbbells
Mini Trampoline

Even though my legs hurt like crazy afterwards, I favor the recumbant bike.

Wow Tricia, can I come work-out at your house?

When (that's a BIG when) I get the urge, I go walking. Its easier to deal with - with my mulitude of kids wanting to exercise with me.

What routine do you usually do? and how long do you do it? (for example: cross bow for 15 minutes then free weights for 10 mins - three times a week.. something like this?)

We've got a humungous gym quality Nordic Track Treadmill.

Its honestly the best thing we ever purchase. Days are so busy with uni and kids that it often gets to 8.30 at night and I havent exercised yet. Its so good to be able to hop on it and run, listen to music or watch something on telly, no matter what the weather or time of day.

I try to run outside too, Melbourne has a couple of places to be "seen", lol, where you find lots of people running and walking, the "Tan" (botanic gardens) has a gorgeous track that's about 4km long, and Albert Park Lake, as well as lots of bike paths along the bay. We do that with Eliza in the jogger probably weekly too.

But having a treadmill at home has honestly made the difference between doing it and not doing it. Its so easy.

We'd love a weights station too but dont have room, however we're moving next year and if and when we find a house with a big rumpus room, we'll buy one of those too.

I don't really have a specific routine. I just do what I feel like doing when it strikes me. I do; however, try to switch days between cardio and strength training.

The only thing I have is a treadmill, but I love it. Does anyone have the ab lounger? If so, does it work and will it support larger sizes? My daughter (who is tiny) has been after me to order one.
