NC restaurants that honor the Band Card

I saw this under another thread, and thought, Wow, I think it would be good to start a thread to go to that we would know who honors the Lapband card to get a discount or allows us to order off of the kiddie menu or the seniors menus which are usually smaller in portion.
What ya'll think?

So far I've used my card at Golden Coral and Logan's Roadhouse. :) Otherwise, I tend to order things that make for good leftovers.

It's weird I have had to use mine at On the boarder of Providene but the one here in Concord lets me order all the time from the kids meals.

A fish place near mom and dads I think it's called Sea Farer they don't care and they want let me order from the kids or senior menu. Since mom and dad like that place so much and they are older...they order it off the senior menu for me. So there!!!

I just wanted to add a twist, the kids menus don't normally suit my tastes. I won't think anything of ordering a smashingly large order off food, like fajitas, I break the ingredients down and have a take home and what i'm going to eat at the resturant. I LOVE resturant food. I even told my husband ot back off last week when he tried to eat my food I had portioned out to take home.

I don't eat at many places that will 'allow' exceptions. RNY tummies are smaller then Lap Band, so you know how much I can eat.

Jen, do you ever ask for smaller portions? I haven't had any luck and getting ANY special consideration. Some restaurants won't even let me order from the kids menu. It really makes me mad because I eat out all the time. I try to just get something relatively cheap and just eat what I can. Right now, I'm having major problems with leftovers. If I eat it the same day, I'm fine, but if I try to eat it the next day, it makes me gag. I really wish I could get over this gagging thing! It's driving both me and DH crazy!

Dr B (or P) will give you a packet of stuff and in the Inamed band information packet, is a wallet card that says, "i have a lapband" blah blah blah.
I havent had to "whip it out yet"

Oh and IHOP let me order off of the kids menu the other day
