If you have created a b2g User Account but are unable to post messages or personalize your account, chances are you haven't activated your account. You should find an email from b2g in the Inbox of the email account you used when creating your account. There is a link in that email that you must click on to get your account activated and ready to use. This method of account activation prevents spammers from setting up multiple accounts by using fake email addresses.
Haven't received your activation email yet? Check your spam blocker. Several people found theirs in the Spam folder. Also, if you turned off permission for the Administrators to send email to you, then you probably didn't receive your activation email. However, we can resend it and it will by pass that. So let us know!

Include your b2g User Account name and the email address you supplied when you set up your account. We will do our best to get the issue resolved so you can begin enjoying the b2g community!
