Yummy yum!

What YOUR favorite way to eat it?

Mix it in a bowl with some egg beaters, low fat cheese (parmesan or romano) and chopped onions. Form into patties (can also use some bread crumbs or flour as a binder).

Fry these in a pan sprayed with PAM.

Top with either cocktail sauce, cheese sauce or tomato sauce.

Variations:
chopped olives and feta cheese
cheddar cheese, and top with salsa
chopped egg. serve cold the next day for lunch
serve over a salad
add chopped shrimp
use your imagination.

I also sometimes use Tuna as a filler in devilled eggs. Mix with lowfat mayo, the yolks, a little brown mustard, and chopped black olives

I like to add lime juice with a season-all (Tonys) and chopped red onions. Mix and eat. No crackers... Nothing but the tuna. :)

Directly out of the can, as fast as possible. Without breathing.

Heh,

Actually I like mixing it in coleslaw.... but then I realise the coleslaw is horribly unhealthy.

So glad I found this thread! I needed some ideas for my tuna. I came up with a lil concoction last night and it was pretty good! I mix one can of tuna (drained) with one small can of mandarin oranges (drained), mayo, salt and pepper. It was actually really good!

Sometimes, I use a pinch of olive oil ..in a pan, heat up the albacore tuna and add cucumbers, a pinch of lime juice, garlic cloves (sliced), onions. Once cooked I lay it on a bed of spinich leaves (fresh).

I like to mix a little tuna in the fillings for devilled eggs...

Smoosh up the yolks...Mix in a little light mayo, a dash of mustard powder, a bit of tuna and some shredded cheddar, and stuff the white halves with it... yummy.

I also like to toss it in with some brown rice, a bit of soy sauce, and some stir-fried veggies. Like a tuna fried rice.

Wooo Paul that sounds awesome. One of my favorite Thanksgiving or Christmas items that I bring to my in-laws are "Deviled Eggs". I love them. Never thought of putting tuna in it and I will try it this year.

The stir fry sounds good too!

I love eggs too. Great protein, and so versatile.

Maybe someone should start an egg thread too.

Mix canned tuna with chopped apple and some chopped onion. A generous helping of mayo or salad dressing. Great by itself, on crackers or as a sandwich - if you can do the bread.

fine chopped celery and Walden's Farm Thousand Island and Blue cheese dressing or Honey Mustard dressing to taste.

ZERO calories in that delicious Walden's Farm dressing...and they also make chocolate syrup, ketchup, pancake syrup and dips.
