Sorry, I am new to this whole band thing and don't know what PB is. Sounds dumb I know but somebody's gotta be the one to ask.

Don't worry, I'm fairly new here too and don't know all the lingo either. :P

But I do know that PB stands for a "productive burp." Its when food you eat can't fit through the band, so, it comes back up.

Me being a vet tech, I always think about goats, cows, sheep, and other ruminants chewing their cud. Am I the only one who thinks that? lol

I still haven't figured out what a DH is though. I'm assuming designated husband.....nothing else I've thought of makes sense.

I think DH is typically "Darling Husband" or "Dear Husband". But at times, it can mean "Dumb Husband" or "D*ckhead Husband" :)

AF: "Aunt Flo" -- menstrual period
GERD: Gastro-esophageal reflux disease
CIB: Carnation Instant Breakfast
LPD: Liquid Protien Diet
BMR: Basal Metabolic Rate
BIA: Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis
FFM: Fat Free Mass
TBW: Total Body Water
VG: Vanguard (type of band released by Inamed)

General world wide web used abbreviations:
