I looked under the Nutrition board and saw the article on different powders, but couldn't find a sticky covering different protein drinks - - which are the "best" so far as protein content/taste.

Also, I've been trying to find a "variety" pack so I don't end up with a half-ton of some protein shake mix that my dogs wouldn't even touch. Anyone know of one?

Thanks!

I have used Mucsle Milk but is high in calories - I use Vanilla and then mix in strawberries, or raspberries or other fruits for variety. I now use the Vitimin Shoppe brand made with splenda and do the same thing I also use Linda V creation of adding a tablespoon of fat free sugar free pudding to the mix to give it better texture and taste. My fav is a scoop of the vanilla protein mix 2 teaspoons of chocolate fat free SF pudding mix, 1% milk (1 cup) and a banana and some ice cubes it sootheing and filling and taste good to me.

My surgeon recommends ISOPure which I hate but if you mix it with juice it's not so bad. It has a ton of protein. You can find it at GNC type places.

I have tried REVIVAL SOY brand from the internet (auto ship). It tastes delicious and they have variety packs. I think if you go to www.revivalsoy.com (http://www.revivalsoy.com) you will find it there. I am not sure if it meets the Protein requirement or not since I have not even met my first appointment yet, but there is all kinds of flavors, and sugar free, and information about it. I love this stuff.

I like EAS 100% Whey Protein in Chocolate. GNC might have sample size packets? I buy 6 lb. bags at Sam's Club.

I did the Zero Carb Isopure mixed with water. Not the best tasting, but one of the best for you.
